1. Policies.

All services are subject to Starlinks specifications, and policies. Starlinks hold the discretionary powers to modify, change, or collapse any services, as it might deem necessary. 3. Cancellation.

Customers can cancel their contract within 24 hours of received payment, without any cause. All cancellation mails should be directed towards [email protected] or over the phone numbers provided on the website. Customers are only entitled to full reimbursement of payment; provided they cancel their contract within 24 hours. After this period, there will be no refund for the cancelled project. Starlinks holds the discretionary powers to modify, or change the Terms or Use, services, or Campaigns at any time they deem necessary. Customers will be notified for the changes through a one-week Change Notice.

4. Prohibited Uses:

The customer isn’t entitled to authorize, engage, or advertise any fraudulent, or illegal business practices. The customers are expected to obey all national, and international laws, and code of conduct.

5. Payment.

Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, and other charges, and shall pay all costs in New Zealand Dollars, unless otherwise specified. All work will be immediately stopped in case of missing payment. The customer bears the responsibility to provide alternative payment within a week of getting notified of missing payment. In any case of failure, all services and account related to the customer will be canceled with immediate effect.

6. Miscellaneous.

The Agreement is governed by laws of Auckland, New Zealand, as shall constitutes the complete agreement between the parties with respect to subject matter hereof.
